Course Details

Find the space within yourself that remains stable, clear, and peaceful always. Meditation opens the door to this inner strength and shows you that it is always there – regardless of external circumstances.

What Awaits You:

  • Daily Guided Meditations: For 66 days, you will receive a guided meditation of 10-15 minutes from me every day, which you will find online - and you will be able to listen to them whenever it suits you. Each meditation is unique, designed to take you deep within to reconnect with your true, pure, free Self.

  • Community and Exchange: Twice a month, we have an open community meeting live on Zoom which you are always welcome to join. You can share your experience as well as any questions that might arise, and enjoy the gift of this supportive community.

  • Course starts January 1st 2026

  • Investment: 199 Euro

HI,

MY NAME IS SINJA.

I am from Berlin, Germany, and since 2016 I have been living mostly in the Indian Himalayas. Back then, I met my teacher Swamiji, who profoundly inspired me - and changed my life.

He said: "You are pure and free. You are perfect just as you are. No matter what happens around you – remember that."

This radically different approach to life continues to bring me so much joy, inspiration, courage, and peace that I feel a deep wish to share it. This transformative shift in perspective is what we practice in meditation.

Over the past years, I have guided hundreds of people in meditation and mantra singing, and I am happy to be able to offer you the same support through this 66 day meditation course.
